Book Your BronyCon Room And Travel In Style

Looking for a place to rest your head while at the convention? Are you still trying to figure out how you will get to Baltimore? Here at BronyCon, we’re excited to extend some savings on to you! Not only will we be offering discounts on convention room blocks at hotels, but we also negotiated a deal with Amtrack to help you save on getting there.

For only $125 per night, you can stay at the Baltimore Hilton, which is conveniently attached to the Baltimore Convention Center by a sky bridge. Check in for the block starts Wednesday, July 31, and runs through Monday, Aug. 5. You may book your room for any nights between these dates by following this link to the Hilton’s website. BronyCon’s group code (BRO) will already be entered for you.

More information on our room block and nearby attractions may be found at our hotel page. Additional hotels are not available at this time, but we are constantly working on getting more deals with other hotels in the area and will have more available before rooms in the Baltimore Hilton run dry.

For those traveling to the con, we also managed to work out a discount with Amtrack for 10% off of the lowest available rail fare. These fares are available on any trains taken to or from Baltimore, Md. from July 30 through Aug. 7.

In order to redeem this rate, call the booking line at 1-800-872-7245. Be sure to give them the following code: X69M-962. This offer is valid with all trains except for the Auto Train and Acela Service. However, it is valid with Sleeper Cars, Business Class, or First Class Seats, so you can travel in style, just like Rarity would want.

These fares cannot be booked via Amtrak.com. You must call in to be eligible for this convention rate.
